At the gathering of the United Nations Education, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) in Paris, the world body is scheduled to vote on three Arab resolutions proposed by Jordan, the Palestinian Authority and Syria. All three resolutions charged Israel with abuse of local Arab populations and Muslim-claimed territories.

Most prominent was the resolution submitted by Jordan accusing Israel of trying to "change the character of Jerusalem" and blasting the prospect of allowing Jews to pray atop the Temple Mount.

All three Arab entities were surprised when Russia insisted that a vote on the resolutions be postponed for at least six months, and that instead a fact-finding mission be sent to Jerusalem to determine if the Jordanian accusations are accurate.

Sounds good on the surface, until one steps back and ask WHY.???.
"The Lord has made everything for its purpose, even the wicked for the day of trouble." Proverbs 16:3-4
